Chad W. Hampton received his B.A. in History, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school, he completed a Concentration in Business Transactions in association with the Clayton Center for Entrepreneurial Law, earning honors as the top graduate in the concentration and as a member of the Order of the Coif. He maintains a transactional practice with a focus on estate planning and administration, general corporate and business matters, and contract law.
Chad and his wife are life-long Maryville residents and have two children. Chad is active in the community has served on the Board of Directors of the Maryville City Schools Foundation, Wesley Day School, and New Hope Children’s Advocacy Center.
